I think this quote explain about love what always be changed. This quote means that if you can love someone wholeheartedly, love never be changed. But I think it is just excuse. In Korea, we have this kind of quote.
"Love is not changed. Just people are changed."
Love is love. it is never changed. Just people who changed their mind want to blame on other thing, so they made this quote. Nobody wants to be blamed on by others. If someone's mind is changed then it is not a love now. Mind is changed. Not a love.
Love is forever. Just people are changed.
